Chocolate Fudge Cake

Chocolate Fudge Cake     (Heather Clarke)
Place in saucepan and melt:
·         225 grams Butter                                           
·         1 cup Sugar
·         2 Tablespoons Cocoa                                   
·         1 large Tablespoon Golden Syrup

Allow to cool then add:

·         2 cups Flour
·         2 teaspoons Baking Powder (sifted together)
·         1 cup Coconut 

Mix well and place in sponge roll tin. Bake at 180 degrees C for approx 20 mins.

Ice with chocolate icing while still warm.

Cut into pieces when cold.
